What information do we collect?
This website collects your name, phone number, and email address when you place an order or complete a contact form. All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party service and we do not collect or store this data in any way.
We occasionally hold contests or run sweepstakes on our website, and these events may require you to enter a name, email address and phone number that we will need in order to contact the winner(s) or send special offers. You are able to opt-out of texts, emails, or phone calls at any time using the platform’s unsubscribe/unfollow feature or by emailing us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our newsletter and promotions recipients have either expressed an interest in our service by requesting future updates either from a contact form on our website or at live event (in-studio or promotional event). We will only send marketing messages via email or text/SMS if we have your permission to do so. You may opt-out at anytime by unsubscribing to our email or replying ‘STOP’ to our marketing text.
How is this information used?
Your mailing address, when provided, is only used to ship your order. We do not store or process this information beyond the need to send you the products you have purchased.
Your phone number is kept along with your name so that we may contact you in the event that there is an issue with your account, order or to contact you about class schedules, special offers or announcements.
Email addresses collected via newsletter signup and sweepstakes forms are added to our secure mailing list that we use to send special offers and announcements. You may opt-out of this by unchecking the appropriate box when filling out the sweepstakes form. If you do not opt-out, you may receive emails about sales or special offers no more than once per week. You can also opt-out of these emails within the footer of each email. We may also use an email address to contact the winner of the sweepstakes.
Is my information sold or shared?
No, we respect your privacy. All information we collect on this site or by any other means is only used only by Fine Art Classes, Inc. and it’s affiliates. We will not share or sale our customer lists to any third party for any reason.
How is this information secured?
The personal information we collect is secured behind SSL encryption and firewall technology where it is inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
California Privacy Rights
California consumers have a right to knowledge, access, and deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
California consumers also have a right to opt out of the sale of their personal information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising one of their California privacy rights. We do not sell the personal information of California consumers and do not discriminate in response to privacy rights requests.
Do Not Track
We do not track our customers over time or across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third parties that have content embedded on our websites such as social media features may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address.
